Have you found any workaround? I really don't want to restart my PC every time just because of this dumb bluetooth issue. I tried reinstalling the drivers and still get the connection issue and missing tab in device manager. I fixed it by disabling the option to let windows disable the bluetooth the device to save power but now, after updating to the latest 2004 Windows update it just disappeared and the issue returned.
